Returns and refunds

All sales are final. No refunds and exchanges due to sanitary purposes. When you order from BOSS C Affirmations LLC you are agreeing to our refund policy. If you receive your item damaged, email us and we will resolve the issue.

Retail orders or standard services take 1-3 business days to process. Customized orders take 4- 6 business days to process. BOSS C Affirmations LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items that say delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier should this occur.

In the event that there is a failed delivery due to an insufficient address or wrong address input, the customer must pay the redelivery shipping fee.
